Caffè Gualtieri was founded by Gustavo Gualtieri in Modena in 1950. Since then, their history has been marked by care and attention to artisan production processes, always keeping their unmistakable flavour constant.
Coffees
In 2011, they became part of the Mokador family. Since then, we have been committed to guaranteeing the careful selection of raw materials and strict adherence to the quality standards and flavour typical of Caffè Gualtieri brand blends. The finest varieties of coffee are roasted separately in order to bring out their best sensory characteristics, and then skilfully blended. Caffè Gualtieri's blends are ideal for those with elegant taste, who love tradition.
Top Line Red Selection
Made from the finest selection of Arabica from Central and South America; all natural and washed, some of which are classified as gourmet.
The beans are slow-roasted in order to obtain a smooth cream with a dark hazelnut brown colour, with excellence permanence and density. The body is soft and velvety. A harmonious mix of fruity aromas, including almond and vanilla, and a delicate note of chocolate

Top Line Black Selection
This blend is made from the finest selection of Arabica coffee from Central and South America, and Robusta from the African and Indian continents.
The varieties are roasted separately: lightly for the Arabica and at a higher temperature for the Robusta. This allows the aromas to preserve their distinctive characteristics. The coffee has a rich chestnut colour with subtle paler streaks. A syrupy flavour, thanks to the Robusta, with hints of fresh and ripe fruit.

Gualtieri Decaffeinated
A blend of the finest varieties of coffee, selected using strict controls.
It is made from the finest varieties of Arabica and Robusta, decaffeinated using the traditional method, which leaves the aromas of the coffee intact, guaranteeing absolutely no foreign substances and a caffeine level below 0.1%.
In the cup, it is characterised by:
