Sacao was founded in Rome in the early 1980s by a group of industry professionals.

They joined the Mokador family in 2007, because they share our philosophy of quality and unique blends for the HO.RE.CA. sector. Today, the Sacao recipe belongs to Mokador, and we meticulously take care of every detail of it, starting from careful selection of the raw materials, and finishing with a perfectly roasted and packaged coffee blend. Sacao's sensory profile is ideal for a young target audience that is sophisticated, cosmopolitan and trend-conscious.
Disco Oro Blend
A coffee blend roasted as beans, made from fine varieties of Arabica coffee that give it a unique aromatic richness, and one excellent variety of Robusta, specially selected to obtain a perfect, rich, full-bodied Italian espresso.
In the cup, it is characterised by:
- a smooth texture
- a hazelnut coloured cream
- a flavour rich in aromatic notes.

Sacao Decaffeinated
Guarantees a superior quality Italian espresso, with a consistent result in the cup. A blend of the finest varieties of coffee, selected using strict controls. It is made from the finest varieties of Arabica and Robusta, decaffeinated using the traditional method, which leaves the aromas of the coffee intact, guaranteeing absolutely no foreign substances and a caffeine level below 0.1%.
In the cup, it is immediately recognisable, with:
- a dense, smooth texture
- a hazelnut coloured cream
- a light, aromatic flavour
- pleasantly full-bodied
