Quality products.

To get an excellent coffee at home or in the office, you have to start with a painstaking selection process to find the most reliable producers, who are chosen according to their bean harvesting, extraction and selection methods. Mokador only imports the varieties for its blends from selected producers. The Arabica variety is the finest but also the most delicate; its ideal growing conditions are found in tropical uplands located 600 to 2000m above sea level with a temperature of between 15° and 25° C. Once it has arrived in Italy the raw material undergoes strict selection criteria with meticulous quality control. The optical-bichromatic selection process analyses the beans up to 30 times in order to eliminate not only impurities but also any unsuitable beans.

So only selected coffee makes an unbeatable cup. The constant quality of Mokador blends is also monitored by a mixed tasting panel, made up of various figures in the company: from sales, production, management, purchasing and quality control. Because excellence cannot be left to chance. The same attention to detail applied to the raw material selection also concerns every step of the coffee processing phases and marks out a definite Mokador “quality route”.

Cecilia
Cecilia is the new professional machine for the Ho.re.ca. industry. It uses Mokador single-dose filter paper pods to ensure perfect results every time. The machine features two separate boilers for espresso delivery, one convection boiler for steam delivery and two separate professional nozzles, one for water and one for steam, which make perfect tea and excellent cappuccino with the required creaminess. Cecilia is easy to use and needs very low maintenance, so it can be operated by inexperienced staff without any training.
